IFs dont get upgrades unless the new standard card is higher or equal to the players lowest IF
ex... De Bruyne became an 83 (+2) so his original 82 and 83 IFs both receive the bump to 84,85
Menez who went from a 78 to a 79 doesnt because his IFs were both already higher than his new base rating
their IF upgrade policy makes sense.
